Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Controller for a manufacturing finance leadership role. You will lead financial reporting, drive budgeting and forecasting, and partner with plant leadership to influence profitability and operations.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing accounting experience, leadership of accounting teams, and a track record in internal controls and financial analysis. Relocation support is available and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA is required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in manufacturing.
• Public accounting background strongly preferred.
• Manufacturing accounting experience is required.
• Experience with internal controls, audit, and financial reporting.
• Experience with inventory accounting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Strong ERP, Excel, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial reporting activities and ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Maintain internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance initiatives.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
• Partner with operations to improve profitability and decision-making.
• Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliations, fixed assets, A/R, and month-end close.
• Develop KPIs, financial models, and management reporting tools.
