Job summary

Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to support all aspects of the company's accounting operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include AP, AR, payroll administration, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close.

This role offers cross-training across accounting functions and serves as a backup to the Accounting Manager, with opportunities for professional growth and exposure to full-cycle accounting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience.
• Experience with AP and AR functions.
• Experience processing payroll or supporting payroll administration.
• Experience performing account reconciliations and maintaining accounting records.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices and apply payments.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and related transactions.
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Assist with month-end close and audits.
• Support inventory, fixed assets, and cost accounting tasks.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant accounting records and improve procedures.
