Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Experience supporting plant operations and partnering with manufacturing leadership.
Advanced Excel skills and ERP systems experience.

Responsibilities

Lead all plant accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and analyze plant budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
Partner with operations leadership to improve profitability, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing variances.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
