Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or plant environments preferred.
• Experience sourcing candidates via Indeed and other platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for plant positions in Murfreesboro, TN and Reed City, MI.
• Partner with local plant HR teams to understand staffing demands and create sourcing strategies.
• Source active and passive candidates using Indeed, local job boards, community partnerships, and referrals.
• Screen candidates for manufacturing fit, shift availability, and operational alignment.
• Coordinate interview schedules with HR and hiring teams and maintain clear communication.
• Build pipelines to support ongoing production staffing and expansion.
• Maintain records, applicant statuses, and ATS data; provide pipeline updates to leadership.
