Lactalis USA is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support industrial manufacturing growth in Murfreesboro, TN and Reed City, MI. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for plant positions, building talent pipelines and filling high-volume hourly and skilled manufacturing roles.

The Contract Recruiter will support industrial manufacturing growth by sourcing, recruiting, and screening candidates for plant positions at our yogurt manufacturing facilities in Murfreesboro, TN and Reed City, MI. Partnering closely with local plant HR teams and site leadership, this role manages full-cycle recruitment activities to build talent pipelines and fill high-volume hourly and skilled manufacturing positions.
