Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience driving continuous improvement in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing Lean and Six Sigma frameworks.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate operational performance and implement the Reynolds Production System (RPS).
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
• Develop and track key performance indicators related to CI activities.
