Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking a Continuous Improvement Team Leader for our Jacksonville, IL plant. This hands-on role guides floor-level problem solving, drives standard work, and partners with operators, supervisors, and the Plant CI Manager to deliver safety, quality, and productivity gains.

You will lead daily improvement, support A3/kaizen projects, and ensure actions have owners, due dates, and visibility. Strong data skills and collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in manufacturing with leadership responsibilities.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis for performance trends.
• Experience with CI tools and daily improvement routines.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor-level improvements, connect issues to actions, assign owners and due dates.
• Support daily performance management, identify top losses and KPI gaps.
• Assist in CI projects using A3, kaizen, 5S, RCA, and SMED techniques.
• Sustain standards and communicate progress to the Plant CI Manager.
