Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking a Continuous Improvement Team Leader for our Jacksonville, IL plant. This hands-on role connects floor-level issues to structured action, partnering with operators, supervisors, and the Plant CI Manager to uphold Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity goals.

You will drive daily improvements, lead CI projects, and sustain standard work while building ownership at the department level.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent education considered.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in continuous improvement, quality, maintenance, or production support.

Responsibilities

• Identify losses, standard work gaps, and improvement opportunities across extrusion, conversion, or relevant departments.
• Support daily performance management by identifying top losses, KPI gaps, downtime, scrap, and throughput issues.
• Lead and track CI projects using tools like A3, kaizen, 5S, RCA, SMED, and standard work to realize savings.
• Maintain adherence to standard work, checklists, and visual controls; provide daily updates to leadership.
