Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain or related field required.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with CI and Operations.
• 3+ years in a leadership role focused on continuous improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI strategy across the BU and drive savings.
• Develop and coach teams on Lean, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and PI methods.
• Advance digital factory/IoT strategy and sustain performance gains.
• Influence senior leadership on transformation and change management.
• Monitor progress and ensure ongoing optimization of processes.
