Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two to four years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated troubleshooting and mechanical understanding.
- 70/30 floor time—70% floor 30% clerical.
Responsibilities
- Complete safety requirements as assigned.
- Maintain safety, product quality, and manufacturing effectiveness through daily troubleshooting and resolution of process difficulties.
- Drive safety involvement through Safety Culture Assessment improvement activities per Safety Charter plans.
- Analyze reports and defective processes/products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in any projects that are required for the operation.
- Identify potential equipment concerns and submit work order notifications as required.
