You will guide projects from concept through validation, ensuring robust manufacturing standards and technical excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate in Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 6–8 years of engineering experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in an empowered team environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute moderately complex change control projects.
• Identify and execute complex qualification of new equipment/controls and assist in vendor/testing to meet engineering standards.
• Identify and implement standard project management methodologies.
• Participate in technical design reviews for machine requirements and manufacturing/product specifications.
• Supervise teams of outside designers, consultants, and contractors.
• Drive improvements in process capability and OEE to meet line targets.
• Root-cause technical issues and drive corrective actions for long-term improvement.
• Provide training and support to Operations Engineers and Technicians.
