Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer in CA to develop and implement CI initiatives across a precast plant. You will lead lean projects, analyze data, and drive KPI improvements in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Reporting to Plant Management, you will collaborate with operations and other departments to sustain long-term growth and efficiency, with a salary range of $80k–$95k and eligibility for annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in process improvement in manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or ability to acquire green belt within six months.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement activities throughout the operation.
• Engage with teams to drive events, provide analyses and feedback on metrics, budgets and timelines.
• Lead or participate in CI events using kaizen tools to improve processes and practices.
• Plan and drive cost-savings objectives through Lean and Six Sigma projects.
• Collect and analyze production data and track KPIs for improvement opportunities.
• Create and manage a continuous improvement suggestion system; implement actions promptly.
