Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer in Lockeford, CA to develop and implement process improvements across a precast concrete plant. You will drive Lean and Six Sigma projects, analyze data, and mentor teams to sustain long-term gains.

The role reports to the Plant Manager and offers a competitive salary range with a short-term bonus plan. A 4-year degree and 3–5 years of manufacturing CI experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of process improvement experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement activities across the operation.
• Lead events, analyze metrics, manage budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with teams and drive long-term process improvements.
• Identify cost savings through Lean and Six Sigma projects.
• Collect production data and track KPIs for improvement opportunities.
• Establish a daily continuous improvement suggestion system and ensure actionability.
• Display improvements to meet KPI goals.
