Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive process improvements across a precast concrete manufacturing plant. You will lead Lean Six Sigma projects, analyze production data, and coach teams to implement practical improvements that boost safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include planning action plans, conducting workflow studies, tracking KPIs, and closing follow-up actions from audits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in process improvement in manufacturing.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience leading CI events with kaizen tools.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (or ability to obtain Green Belt within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Lead CI initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Supervise production staff, provide coaching and direction.
• Develop action plans with operations to improve performance.
• Identify optimal sequences of operations and workflows.
• Drive cost-saving projects through Lean and Six Sigma.
• Collect and analyze production data and KPIs.
• Close follow-up actions from assessments and audits.
