The position develops and implements continuous improvement principles and processes of a precast concrete manufacturing plant.
The Continuous Improvement Engineer will drive process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations and may supervise production employees, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production.
