Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to develop and implement CI principles in a precast concrete manufacturing plant. You will work with operations leaders and various teams to improve processes for long-term consistency and growth.

You will drive manufacturing process improvements, guide production staff, and lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to achieve cost savings and KPI targets. A strong team player with autonomy is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, preferably manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Supervise or coach production employees as needed to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Coordinate improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to meet KPI targets.
• Develop and track plant-level KPIs; analyze production data for improvement opportunities.
• Establish and promote a daily CI suggestion system and ensure actionable items are implemented.
