Unimacts Global is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer, Continuous Improvement to drive Lean and Six Sigma projects on the Sloan, NV shop floor. You will lead data analysis, root-cause investigations, and process digitization across steel fabrication operations to boost productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong engineering foundations, and the ability to coach operators in Kaizen and DMAIC methods while delivering validated savings and sustained

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading Lean or Six Sigma improvement projects with quantified cost, quality, or throughput gains.
• Bachelor of Science in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong data analysis, root-cause investigation, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead data analysis, interpretation and inference of key operational metrics across departments.
• Conduct root cause analysis on quality defects, downtime, and scrap using DMAIC, 5-Why, and fishbone methods.
• Develop systems to digitalize on-ground operations in inventory, engineering, and maintenance management.
• Track OEE, scrap rate, cycle time, and cost-per-unit; build the improvement pipeline from data trends.
• Apply 5S and visual management; audit sustainment after implementation.
• Build business case, financial justification, and ROI tracking for improvement projects.
