Clayton Services in Houston seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead the company’s financial strategy, accounting operations, FP&A, and long-term growth. This executive will balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in manufacturing finance.

The CFO will partner with the CEO and leadership team to optimize profitability, cash flow, and cost control while overseeing ERP systems and finance operations for a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• MBA, CPA or similar advanced credential preferred.
• Previous CFO or senior financial leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong strategic finance, cost accounting and KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and guide executive leadership on financial planning and growth.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and audits.
• Develop financial models, KPIs, dashboards and actionable insights.
• Partner with operations, sales, and logistics to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Mentor the accounting/finance team and build scalable processes.
• Evaluate mergers and acquisitions opportunities and post‑acquisition integration.
