Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a hands‑on CFO for a manufacturing client to lead the finance function and partner with the CEO and leadership team. This role will shape strategy, drive profitability, and improve processes and financial discipline across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring proven manufacturing finance leadership, expertise in cash management, 13‑week forecasting, budgeting, FP&A, and strong experience communicating with the board, lenders, and ownership groups.

Qualifications

• Proven CFO or senior finance executive experience in manufacturing of similar size and complexity.
• Strong leadership of enterprise‑wide finance functions.
• Expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, working capital optimization, and debt management.
• Experience building robust forecasting and FP&A processes.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory management, and operational performance analysis.
