Job summary

TalentSource is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy for a global manufacturing and distribution business. This hands-on executive role partners with the CEO to drive growth, improve operating efficiency, and disciplined capital allocation across sites.

You will oversee finance, accounting, budgeting and reporting under GAAP, lead ERP initiatives, manage cash flow and audits, and provide strategic guidance to executive leadership during a turnaround and

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years minimum in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to translate financial terms for line managers.
• Expertise in cash flow management, inventory, credit/collections, multi-site manufacturing and distribution.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in complex situations with professionalism and team-building.
• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and BI.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, direction and management of the finance/accounting teams.
• Oversees GAAP compliance, monthly close, budgeting, and strategic planning; ensures controls.
• Provides strategic recommendations to CEO and executive team.
• Manages forecasting and budgets; oversees financial reporting.
• Advises on long-term strategy, including capital expenditures and M&A.
• Establishes relationships with customers, senior management and external partners.
• Reviews legal/financial contracts and potential liabilities.
• Leads ERP implementation projects related to finance and reporting.
• Leads quarterly financial performance reviews and reporting to leadership.
