Job summary

Conestoga Wood Specialties is seeking a skilled production supervisor in North Carolina to oversee work cells, schedule daily production, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

You will lead a team, train staff, implement process improvements, and maintain adherence to SOPs and WI's while communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work instructions followed to meet production requirements.
• Verify accurate part counts and repair products as needed.
• Print and apply barcode labels using company equipment.
• Follow safety equipment usage and identify needs for additional safety gear.
• Communicate effectively internally and externally.
• Create and implement process improvements.
• Train other employees in specific operations.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
