Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer skills including production tracking software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers to meet daily manufacturing goals.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules or resources as needed for efficiency.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed to maintain a safe environment.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to boost skills and performance.

• Collaborate with quality control and maintenance to address production challenges.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, documentation, and performance metrics.
