Conestoga Wood Specialties Corporation is seeking a manufacturing team supervisor to coordinate work procedures, schedules, and expediting workflow within each cell. You will supervise daily schedules, train team members, and enforce safety and quality standards.

The role requires high school diploma, strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, with a focus on accurate measurements, barcode labeling, and adherence to SOPs and WI's.

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensures all work instructions are followed to meet production requirements.
• Ensures accurate part counts for all customer orders and repairs products as necessary.
• Uses company equipment to print and apply barcode labels to products.
• Performs tasks with appropriate safety equipment and identifies need for additional safety equipment.
• Provides effective and professional verbal and written communications internally and externally.
• Creates and implements process improvements.
• Trains other employees in specific operations.
• Executes additional tasks as required.
