Tenth Revolution Group in the United States seeks an Engineering Manager to lead all engineering activities in a manufacturing environment, guiding capital projects and process improvements.

You will oversee equipment implementation, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive safety, efficiency, and quality.

This role requires strong leadership and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while developing team capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of ten years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Five or more years in leadership or management roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all engineering activities to support manufacturing operations and business objectives.
• Direct facility expansion projects, capacity improvement initiatives, and capital investments.
• Oversee evaluation, procurement, installation, and startup of new equipment and processes.
• Provide engineering support to improve reliability, efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage projects from concept through implementation within PM standards, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop and execute departmental business plans and strategic initiatives.
• Allocate resources to meet operational and financial goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence with cross-functional teams.
