Job summary

Manpower, a global workforce solutions company, partners with a manufacturing firm to lead capital equipment projects from kickoff to closeout in the Tulsa metro area. The role requires onsite work with a hybrid scheduling option and a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in industrial settings, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with MS Project; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, capital equipment, industrial, or oil & gas environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project management software.
• Strong leadership, organization, and customer relationship management skills.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital equipment projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales.
• Monitor project performance, manage change orders, and provide status updates.
