Job summary

Arconic Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst to develop capacity models across labor, equipment, tooling, and materials. The role uses Excel and ERP data to drive capacity decisions and SOP alignment across manufacturing teams.

You will analyze demand versus capacity, identify bottlenecks, and automate reports to improve throughput, efficiency, and service levels. Strong data acumen and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and data modeling in manufacturing environments.
• Experience analyzing capacity across labor, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for SOP and production planning.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain capacity models across constrained resources such as labor, equipment, tooling, and materials.
• Analyze demand vs capacity to identify bottlenecks and risks to schedules.
• Support finite/infinite capacity planning, scenario modeling, and constraint analysis.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and planning to align capacity with capabilities.
• Balance workloads to optimize throughput across lines, shifts, and facilities.
• Support SOP and production planning with data-driven insights.
• Design, build, and automate capacity reporting tools and dashboards.
• Consolidate data from ERP, MES, and other systems into streamlined reports.
• Monitor OEE, cycle times, capacity utilization, and throughput to drive improvements.
• Validate data and ensure consistency across reports and systems.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from operations and supply chain leadership.
