Job summary

Arconic Corporation seeks a Manager, Financial Modeling to build and optimize advanced financial models, drive forecasting, budgeting, valuation, and strategic decision-making in collaboration with FP&A, corporate finance, and business units.

You will develop driver-based models, lead M&A analysis and capital allocation decisions, translate data into executive insights, prepare presentations for the CEO, CFO and board, and automate reporting with Excel, Power BI, and scripting tools while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in corporate finance, M&A or consulting.
MBA preferred; 7+ years across factory, business unit and corporate finance roles will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Partner with VP Finance & Treasurer and CFO on forecasting, reporting and strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain driver-based financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and capital allocation.
Lead financial modeling and analysis for M&A evaluation, integration planning, and portfolio optimization.
Translate complex data into insights for executive decision-making.
Prepare executive presentations for CEO, CFO, Board and private equity stakeholders.
Automate and streamline reporting using Excel, Power BI and scripting tools.
Collaborate with leaders across functions and sites; support quarterly financial reporting.
Contribute to multi-year financial targets and value-creation priorities.
