Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering is required.
• 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• US work authorization required; ITAR/export controls may apply; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Lean Manufacturing across material flow paths within the Rolling department.
• Lead tactical projects focusing on safety, recovery, training, and production.
• Drive process improvements including capital projects and reliability enhancements.
• Analyze data using Excel/Power BI to drive standardization and improvements.
• Lead focus teams to improve aerospace quality on Airforce Mill.
• Be flexible to work off-shifts beyond regular daytime hours.
