• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
• MBA and capital-procurement credentials are a plus.
• Experience in capital projects and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for capital projects aligned with objectives.
• Lead sourcing, bidding, and contract negotiation for capital expenditures.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technical teams to define specs and timelines.
• Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor relationships to ensure project success.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and ensure internal controls and compliance.
