Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of experience in technology or HRIS.
• Experience with SQL or reporting tools (Power BI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HR systems (Oracle HCM).
• Ensure data integrity across HR platforms and collaborate on system enhancements.
• Identify issues and follow PMO processes for enhancements and bug fixes.
