Job summary

Arconic Corporation is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager to oversee strategic vision and tactical procurement execution. You will lead the plant's procurement and storeroom functions, align with operations and finance, and manage sourcing across MRO, contractors, and service providers.

The role focuses on cost reduction, supplier performance, and building a high-performing procurement team to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing management.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Knowledge of export controls (ITAR) compliance.
• CPSM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the best total cost position for external spend of the plant.
• Develop and lead the plant procurement team and storeroom department.
• Develop strategic and tactical plans to achieve cost savings and working capital improvement.
• Lead Kaizen workshops and supplier productivity workshops.
