Pay Range: $120,000 - $135,000
What's the Job?
Ensure that plant operations demonstrate world-class performance by leading strategic initiatives and managing daily activities.
Provide technical expertise and management to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and eliminate waste.
Develop, review, and maintain budgets and expenses to ensure financial performance aligns with organizational goals.
Lead cross-functional teams to establish and maintain stable production schedules, labor requirements, and material flow.
Champion continuous improvement projects, lean manufacturing techniques, and product innovations to enhance operational efficiency.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
3-5 years of successful engineering experience in an automotive manufacturing environments.
Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems, quality standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive results.
