Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management within contract manufacturing, machining, fabrication, industrial services, or related field.
• Ability to initiate conversations, reach new contacts, and consistently follow up to earn business.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and ability to discuss customer needs with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new customers needing contract machining, manufactured components, fabrication, or assembly support.
• Connect with purchasing, engineering, and operations contacts through outreach, networking, and visits.
• Learn customer needs and gather drawings, specifications, quantities, and timing for quotes.
