  • Collect samples for Quality Control testing.
  • Inspect incoming materials and verify lot numbers and quantities.

Manufacturing Blending Operator

Location: Stanton, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:45 PM | Saturday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Blending experience required.

  • Ability to follow detailed manufacturing instructions and quality standards.
Job Duties
  • Read and follow batch records, formulas, and production instructions.
  • Accurately weigh, measure, and blend raw materials according to specifications.
  • Operate mixers, blending equipment, tanks, scales, and material handling equipment.
  • Prepare equipment for production and perform cleaning and sanitation procedures.
  • Monitor batch quality, blending times, and ingredient additions.
  • Complete production records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collect product samples for Quality Control testing.
  • Inspect incoming materials and verify lot numbers and quantities.
  • Follow cGMPs, SOPs, FDA regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
  • Work closely with Quality, Warehouse, Packaging, and Production teams to meet daily goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Manufacturing Blending Operator.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
  • Required PPE includes mask, gloves, gowns, and steel-toe shoes.
