Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Chemical Blender in Anaheim, CA to manually blend chemical products according to batch tickets, measuring and mixing 4–8 raw materials while ensuring safe handling of hazardous substances.

The schedule is Monday–Friday 7 AM–4 PM with overtime; pay is $24–$25 per hour. A high school diploma and 2+ years of blending experience are required; forklift experience is preferred. Staffmark offers a safety-focused warehouse environment and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manually blend chemical products according to batch tickets and specifications.

• Follow safety procedures while handling acids, caustics, flammables, solvents, and specialty chemicals.
• Package, label, and down-pack hazardous materials as needed.
• Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products.

Location: Anaheim, CA

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4 PM; ability to work overtime to support production needs.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read and follow written batch instructions in English
• Basic math skills including addition and subtraction

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent, verifiable chemical blending experience in a manufacturing environment
• Manual chemical blending experience required (not automated systems)
• Experience working with hazardous chemicals and batch formulations
• Forklift experience, preferably sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• HazMat and HazWoper certifications are a plus but not required

  Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to wear a chemical suit and full-face air-purifying respirator for extended periods
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions for 6+ hours per day
  • Perform physically demanding manual blending activities
  • Stand, walk, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift
  • Reliable attendance and transportation required
