• 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Able to lift 60 lbs. on occasion.
• Steel-toe shoes + PPE.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong math skills and the ability to perform calculations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules.
• Must be able to wear PAPR/respirator equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with SAP, Infinity, or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and monitor automatic blending and packaging equipment.
• Load raw materials and packaging components continuously throughout production.
• Perform product changeovers, package size adjustments, and minor equipment repairs.
• Pack finished goods and monitor critical timing and machine performance.
• Track production output, downtime, and machine adjustments accurately.
• Calculate batch sizes and material usage.
• Operate a forklift to replenish production lines safely.
• Assist with preventative maintenance alongside the maintenance team.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify process enhancements.
• Promote a strong safety culture and complete safety/quality inspections.
