Responsibilities

Engage with inbound leads from the Manufacturing sector, ensuring timely and personalized follow-up.
Prospect into target accounts — through tailored outreach (calls, emails, and social selling).
Qualify opportunities by uncovering customer needs, challenges, and current workforce competency approaches — and map those to Kahuna’s solutions.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to develop messaging, campaigns, and industry-specific value propositions that resonate with key personas
Track, measure, and report on lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign impact to ensure a healthy, high-performing pipeline.
