Job summary

Ralliant, based in Hollister, CA, seeks a Manufacturing Software Engineer to lead a team deploying MES and automating data flows on the factory floor. You will design data pipelines, dashboards, and compliant workflows, collaborating across ERP and PLM systems to ensure traceability and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a BS in CS/SE/Math with 2+ years in manufacturing software, strong SQL, and Azure experience, plus the ability to train users and ensure system reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of APIs, system integration, and cloud platforms (AWS, GovCloud, Azure, GCP).
• SQL fluency and ability to pull data for analytics.
• 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing software development/sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to deploy MES and automate data flows.
• Harvest and analyze manufacturing data for dashboards and reporting.
• Develop data warehousing and toolchains for GMP/ISO compliance.
