Job summary

Ralliant Corporation is seeking a senior Manufacturing IT/Automation leader to deploy MES, lead data-driven improvements, and integrate ERP, PLM, and payroll with MES. You will architect data flows, workflows, and automated solutions while guiding a high-performing automation team.

You will drive lifecycle management, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor end-users across manufacturing. This is a blue-chip role in a fast-paced environment that values Kaizen and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• APIs, system integration, and cloud platforms (AWS, GovCloud, Azure, GCP).
• SQL fluency with hands-on data extraction for analytics.
• 10+ years’ experience with software and/or automation projects.
• MS Office: Word, Excel, Power, Access, Visio, Project.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools such as OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.
• Interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and supplier engagement.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and practices a must.
• 5+ years experience with Aegis and/or Oracle MES systems a plus.
• Experience with Kaizen and continuous improvement tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of MES and related systems.
• Harvest manufacturing data for reporting (yield, cycle times, productivity).
• Design and deploy data warehousing, dashboards, and automated equipment.
• Manage software lifecycle from proto to manufacturing phase within 6 months.
• Create workflows and programs to automate solutions (e.g., label printing).
• Develop solutions using databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and programming (C#, .NET, JS, JSON).
• Lead change management, train end-users, ensure system reliability.
• Ensure MES complies with GMP, MIL, ISO9001/AS9100.
