Job summary
Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking an Engineering professional to manage and optimize Process Control and MES interfaces for existing and new equipment. You will work with Process Engineers and Operations to review specifications and ensure systems meet local and global standards, acting as a gatekeeper for automation standards.
You will collaborate with IT, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure compliant, efficient manufacturing execution while supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field required.
- 5+ years of engineering experience in process-based manufacturing, utility, or packaging systems preferred.
- Knowledgeable in Emerson Syncade or PAS-X, DCS/SCADA, SQL, and Microsoft programming languages.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) platform for real-time data capture and integrations.
- Coordinate with manufacturing schedules to plan execution of projects.
- Serve as automation resource on MES projects and ensure compliance with standards.
