Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking Manufacturing Associates in Sultan, WA. This direct-hire role offers steady hours with opportunities to cross-train and increase pay. Location: Sultan, WA with benefits and a clear progression path.

Pay is $21 per hour with shift options Monday to Thursday, 2:30 p.m. - 1 a.m. Previous hands-on experience in manufacturing or related fields is encouraged, and cross-training is available to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of hands-on work experience in manufacturing, production, construction, warehouse, or similar roles.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Use sanding and grinding tools to smooth and finish metal parts.
• Remove burrs and clean up weld seams.
• Inspect parts for quality and defects.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Follow work instructions and production standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
