Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join the Parts Department of an industrial company in Arlington, WA. This role involves operating various machinery and handling materials to manufacture steel parts.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering day shift hours and a comprehensive benefits package upon hire. Schedule options include Day Shift (Mon-Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with overtime) and Swing Shift (Mon-Thu 2:30 PM–1:00 AM with overtime).

Qualifications

• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Proven experience in operating industrial machinery.
• Willingness to obtain necessary certifications.
• Excellent longevity at previous employers (farming experience is a plus!)

Responsibilities

• Operate automated steel angle and steel flatbar parts line (Anglematic).
• Operate large and small steel punch and steel shear equipment for manufacturing small parts.
• Handle materials using roller/conveyor systems.
• Operate large band saws.
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Must obtain Forklift and Crane Operator certifications after hire.
• Opportunity to operate both smaller and large industrial-sized forklifts.
• Read a tape measure

Are you a skilled machine operator looking for a new challenge? Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join the Parts Department of an industrial company in Arlington, WA. This role involves operating various machinery and handling materials to manufacture steel parts. This is a fulltime, permanent position offering day shift hours and a great benefits package upon hire.

Location:Arlington, WA
Schedule:

Day Shift: Monday - Friday - 6:00 A.M. – 2:30 P.M. / Overtime 6:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M. and every other Saturday 6:00 A.M. – 2:30 P.M.
Swing Shift: Monday - Thursday 2:30 P.M. – 1:00 A.M. with Overtime and every other Friday 2:30 P.M. – 1:00 A.M.

Pay Rate: $22 - $26/hr (based on skills and ability)
