Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring Production Workers in Everett, WA for a leading manufacturing company. This full-time role offers training with multiple pay increases within 8 weeks and opportunities to advance.

Position requires rotating shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM), 3 days on/3 days off and 2 days on/2 days off, with starting pay of $21/hour plus bumps after training. Steel-toed shoes and background/drug checks are required.

Location: Everett, WA
Schedule: Rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
3 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off (rotates every 8 weeks)
Pay: $21/hour to start, with pay bumps after training

About the Role
This full-time position is ideal for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and looking for a company where they can grow. Candidates must have excellent attendance and be able to work a rotating schedule. Candidates must have steel-toed shoes before starting and submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
