Job summary

Staffmark Group in Springville, AL is hiring a Manufacturing Associate to inspect, assemble, and pack products. The role offers a $21.51 per hour pay rate and a 6:00 AM–2:20 PM shift, with production goals and safety-first practices on every shift.

Qualifications

  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, grinders, and finishing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform finishing and final preparation of manufactured metal components.
  • Grind, smooth, clean, and prepare metal surfaces to meet customer and quality specifications.
  • Inspect finished products for defects, quality standards, and workmanship.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Read and follow work orders, blueprints, drawings, and production specifications.
  • Handle, move, and organize materials and finished products safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Meet daily production, quality, and efficiency goals.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, manufacturing standards, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to support production schedules and customer deadlines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
