Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Everett is hiring a Coating Specialist for a company in the greater Monroe/Sultan area. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering full-time hours with 3-day weekends.

Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Pay: $22.25 - $24.00 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and basic math/measurement skills are required.
• Ability to operate an overhead crane under supervision.
• Proficiency in reading instructions, charts, and drawings.
• Capable of handling small tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform spray or dip painting of products to standard finishes.
• Adhere to production targets and schedules.
• Follow instructions, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Load/unload carts and conduct computer transactions.
• Maintain work area cleanliness and assist in process improvement events.
• Attend meetings, participate in inventories, and report issues.
