Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hosting an on-site hiring event at 181 Pleasants Industrial Center, St. Marys, WV. Starting pay is $17/hour with increases to $18/hour after training and an additional $1.25/hour night shift differential.

The rotating 4/3/3/4 schedule includes 14 working days per 28 days, plus breaks built into rotation. Candidates should be able to lift 50 pounds, read and perform basic math, and work on a manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and read simple data.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-line quality checks on cut length, surface, and finseal.
• Stack and pack vinyl lineals according to drawings and paperwork.
• Assist extrusion line setups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and support other departments as needed.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisor.
