Twin City Fan & Blower is seeking a manufacturing team member in Brookings, SD to support kitting, inventory, and material handling. You will move goods using forklifts and cranes, follow work orders, and uphold safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience in manufacturing, with a focus on teamwork and instruction comprehension. The role may involve operating equipment per department needs and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must understand verbal and written instructions.
Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
Team-oriented employee.
May operate forklift, overhead crane, and electric pallet jack as required by department.

Responsabilités

May be responsible for the kitting process.
May maintain inventory counts of nuts, bolts, screws, metal, lumber, etc.
Transport product, parts, and materials by using forklift, pallet jack, or crane
Understand and execute work orders provided by VSA’s, VSL’s or VSM’s
Work with departments to meet quotas and goals
Observe safety guidelines and report safety concerns
Follow all shop orders and blueprints
Read tape measure and use basic hand tools
Maintain clean work areas and good housekeeping
