Qualifications

• High school diploma and up to 2 years of experience.
• Read and understand shop orders and blueprints, continuous improvement documentation, safety rules, standard work instructions written in English.
• Basic math including add/subtract/multiply/divide in all units; read a tape measure.
• Safe use of hand tools; may operate forklift, overhead crane, and electric pallet jack depending on department.

Responsibilities

• Organize stock efficiently using forklifts, pallets, cranes, etc.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform quality inspections of materials to ensure on-time delivery and standards compliance.
• Keep warehouse tidy and implement housekeeping practices.
• Complete documentation promptly.
• Crating and packaging with hand or power tools.
• Verify no damage to incoming/outgoing products.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Adhere to Twin City Fan Core Values.
• Additional duties may be assigned by location and product line.
