Sheridan Lebanon Junction is hiring a Manufacturing Associate - Bindery for 3rd shift. No print experience needed; training provided.

You will support bindery production, prepare materials for finishing, and move materials through the line while upholding quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates are hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced printing environment with opportunities for career growth and full benefits after start.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics or similar hands-on environments.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and stay active throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Support bindery production by staging, feeding, stacking, organizing, and moving materials.
• Prepare printed materials for finishing, packaging, and shipment with quality checks.
• Sort and handle materials according to job specs.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, hoists and other production support gear.
• Label and secure finished products for storage or shipment.
• Complete production records and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform quality checks to meet standards.
• Collaborate with operators to maintain smooth production flow.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized workspace.

What You'll Do

• Support bindery production by staging, feeding, stacking, organizing, and moving materials throughout the manufacturing process.
• Prepare printed materials for finishing, packaging, and shipment while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Sort, separate, and handle printed materials according to job specifications.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, hoists, and other production support equipment.
• Label, band, wrap, and secure finished products for storage, transfer, or customer shipment.
• Complete production records andmaintainaccurateinventory and material tracking information.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
• Work closely with operators and team members to keep production flowing safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures and helpmaintaina clean, organized work environment.

It’s a Plus If You Have

• Previousmanufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment.
• Experience working in a print, packaging, paper converting, or production environment.
• Knowledge of inventory, shipping, or production documentation processes.

Physical & Work Environment

• Stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, and material handling activities.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moving equipment and varying noise levels.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection and safety footwear.
