Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is hiring Manufacturing Associates for a Bow, NH client. Direct hire with growth potential; training provided. Pay $19.00-$20.00/hour with paid benefits and a path to wage increases after 90 days.

Shifts: 1st shift Mon-Fri 6:00 AM-2:30 PM; 2nd shift Mon-Thu 2:30 PM-1:00 AM with a 3-day weekend.

Responsibilities include packing finished products, loading materials, quality checks, moving materials, and keeping a safe, organized workspace; pre-employment physical required.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products and prepare materials for shipment.
• Stack and organize materials from production lines.
• Perform basic quality checks on finished products.
• Load materials onto equipment and production lines.
• Move materials throughout the facility.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
